What’s in the Kit:
2 4oz glass jars with lids
8oz raw honey
Assorted dried herbs/spices (e.g., lavender, cinnamon stick, dried chili, dried citrus peel)
Flavor guide card
Instructions:
Choose Your Flavor: Select 1 herb/spice per jar, or mix a few! Suggested combos:
Cinnamon stick
Chili
Rosemary
Add Ingredients to Jar: Place dried herbs/spices into the jar—use 1/2 to 1 tsp depending on intensity.
Pour Honey: Fill each jar with honey, covering the herbs/spices completely.
Stir & Seal: Use a toothpick or chopstick to remove air bubbles, then seal the jar.
Let Infuse: Store at room temperature and allow flavors to infuse for at least 5 days. Flip jar gently each day.
Taste Test: After 1–2 weeks, strain if desired—or keep infusions in! Flavor deepens over time.
Use It: Stir into tea, drizzle over biscuits or fruit, or use in marinades.
