Instruction card
Instructions:
Add Garlic: Peel garlic, place garlic cloves into the clean jar, filling about 1/3 of the way.
Pour Honey: Slowly pour raw honey over the garlic until fully covered, leaving at least 1 inch of space at the top.
Stir (Optional): Use a clean spoon or chopstick to remove air bubbles and ensure garlic is coated.
Seal Loosely: Place the lid on the jar but don’t tighten all the way. Gasses will build up as it ferments.
Store & Flip: Store in a cool, dark spot. Flip the jar upside down once daily (with lid tightened) to mix, then loosen again.
Wait & Taste: After about 7–14 days, your garlic honey will begin to mellow and ferment. Taste after 3 weeks. Flavor improves over time!
Use It: Drizzle on toast, mix in tea (after steeping), or eat a clove when feeling under the weather!
Important Note: Fermentation is natural—bubbling and mild garlic odor are good signs!
