2026 Product Placement Opportunity
Candlelight Music Series: Intimate Community Concerts
We’re excited to invite select beauty, home goods, lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality brands to participate in a new chapter of the Candlelight Music Series.
This season, Candlelight is moving beyond a single venue and into smaller, more intimate spaces across the community — including private homes, gardens, farms, parks, indoor rooms, courtyards, and other warm, unexpected gathering places.
Each event will feature live music, lovely people, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere designed for connection. These gatherings are intentionally smaller, making them ideal for thoughtful product placement, natural brand visibility, and authentic social media moments.

Candlelight is designed to feel personal, elegant, soulful, and local. Rather than creating a large festival-style environment, these events will offer guests a more curated experience — the kind of setting where people notice the details: the candles, the flowers, the table styling, the scent in the room, the drinks being served, the textures, the beauty products in the powder room, and the small touches that make the evening feel special.

Attendance will vary by venue, with many events expected to range from approximately 40–100 guests, depending on the space.

Guests will be encouraged to share photos and videos from the evening. When appropriate, brands may be tagged in event-related content.

Product placement opportunities may include:
Single Event Placement
Product integration at one Candlelight event.
Multi-Event Placement
Product integration across several Candlelight events throughout the season.
Exclusive Category Placement
For select partners, category exclusivity may be available. For example, one featured candle brand, one skincare partner, one beverage partner, or one home fragrance partner.
Gift Bag or Takeaway Placement
Samples, cards, discount codes, or small branded gifts may be included for guests.
Hospitality Placement
Products may be used in artist hospitality, host areas, VIP seating, or guest refreshment zones.
Suggested Investment Levels
Single Event Product Placement: $250
Includes product placement at one event, social media mention when appropriate, and inclusion in event partner acknowledgments.
Three-Event Placement Package: $650
Includes product placement at three Candlelight events, repeated visibility across different audiences and settings, and social media tagging when appropriate.
Season Partner Placement: Custom
For brands interested in deeper integration across the series, custom packages may include category exclusivity, expanded social media mentions, logo placement, gift bag inclusion, and priority placement across multiple venue types.
Product Supply
The brand will provide an agreed-upon quantity of products for display, use, sampling, or takeaway. Product needs will vary based on venue size, guest count, and placement type.
Unused, unopened products may be returned to the brand upon request after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Promotion
When appropriate, the Candlelight team may include the brand in:
Social media posts or stories
Event partner acknowledgments
Photo recaps
Guest experience content
Tagged posts
Email or digital event mentions
On-site signage or QR cards
Guests may also be encouraged to tag participating brands when sharing photos or videos from the event.
Simple Agreement Terms
This product placement opportunity is intended to be collaborative, flexible, and aligned with the tone of each event.
The brand agrees to provide selected products and the agreed investment amount prior to the event.
The organizers agree to place the products thoughtfully within the event environment and provide agreed-upon acknowledgments or promotional mentions.
Product placement areas will be determined in collaboration with the organizers and may vary based on the venue.
