The humble potato is the star of The Stop Food Truck’s menu this week at the Augusta Locally Grown Farmers Market. Harvested by Adderson’s Fresh Produce, red, yellow, and white potatoes comprise the base - topped by Chicken Cheesesteak, Roasted Beef, and Shrimp Scampi.

The sides are nothing to shake a stick at though - Sauteed Squash and Roasted Veggies, pulled from Ms. Carolyn’s backyard garden (ahem… urban farm) in Hephzibah.

Accompanied by the ever popular Lemon Ginger Tea and Miss Skye’s famous Watermelon Juice.
