About AgLab (Institute)

AgLab Institute creates practical, hands-on agriculture learning experiences that help students explore food, fiber, fuel, flowers, and forestry through real-world projects. Designed for homeschool families and fully scalable to CTAE pathways, AgLab Institute transforms any classroom into a living lab where learners grow knowledge, skills, and confidence.

AgLab Institute is a modern agriculture education company dedicated to helping learners of all ages build essential agriscience skills through real, hands-on experiences. Grounded in the five foundational pillars of agriculture - food, fiber, fuel, flowers, and forestry - our curriculum is designed to be flexible and accessible for homeschool families, youth organizations, community groups, and full CTAE programs.

At AgLab Institute, we believe in turning classrooms into living labs. Through practical lessons, project-based learning, and step-by-step guides, we bring agriculture to life in peri-urban and suburban settings. Whether students are planting seeds, designing small ecosystems, caring for classroom animals, or exploring global food systems, AgLab equips them with the tools to understand, grow, create, and lead.

Central to our approach is the belief that agriculture education thrives through collaboration. We work alongside community partners - local farmers, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and industry leaders - to ensure learners gain authentic, real-world experiences and a deeper understanding of how agriculture shapes their communities. These partnerships help us bridge classroom learning with meaningful, place-based opportunities that build confidence and expand career pathways.

Our mission is simple:
to cultivate curiosity, build confidence, and prepare the next generation of agriscience leaders.
